For far too long, women’s voices have been silenced- along with the many ways in which we show up in the world.
Whether at home, in the workplace or in academic settings, the system has been set up to amplify harmful narratives, and mute any forms of resistance. Those who live life on their own terms and dare to dream are “too loud” and their presence “too intimidating”.
To me, breaking feminine silence means shattering glass ceilings and the expectations that come with them, playing by our own rules and using the very voices that have long been silenced to reclaim our power and write our own stories.
